Exchanges or refunds are only available if your item arrives faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact odditiesby_andrea@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. I’ll happily repair, replace or refund where appropriate.
Silicone Care Disclaimer:
Many Oddities pieces are crafted from silicone, a soft and flexible material that must be treated with care. Avoid sharp objects, excessive stretching, or exposure to heat and harsh chemicals, as these can cause damage.
If your piece breaks due to material fault within 30 days of purchase, I’ll provide a one-time exchange or repair (subject to material availability).
Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
